Remote Support

Your virtual IT department. Sending an engineer out is costly and usually unnecessary. Plus, in many instances our remote monitoring services can spot problems before you are aware that anything has gone wrong enabling LCS to fix faults before they are reported to them by someone unable to carry out their day-to-day work.

LCS can provide the following services remotely:

  • Server, Network and Firewall Administration - To maintain and control the systems essential to your work, to avoid or navigate problems before they start costing you down-time
  • Pro-active Monitoring of Infrastructure - We can constantly monitor the signals your hardware and software send out so we can often see future problems before they arise, and react to them remotely, or as appropriate
  • Analysis, Audits and Performance Monitoring - Useful for user’s whose IT forms a structural part of their services. Once baseline performance of PCs or severs have been established, we can monitor constantly, intermittently, or on demand, giving you the information to plan for system upgrades before productivity is effected 
  • User Helpdesk - On the end of a phone, whether full-time, or to cover holidays, or maternity leave. Once logged in the call management system we can advise or perform remote fixes, send an engineer out, or co-ordinate a third party response if appropriate. Our helpdesk covers network, servers, PCs, hardware, software or application support

 

On-Site Support

LCS can provide on-site support at any level, whether it’s a spare pair of hands for hardware upgrade or consultant to the IT department managing a software roll-out. Anything your IT department would do, buy in expertise at whatever level you need.
